Commercial and Fleet Wraps in Chatsworth, CA

A wrapped van is the only advertising you buy once and then stop paying for. It works every time the vehicle leaves the yard, it works while it is parked at a job site, and it works in traffic on the 405 where nobody can look away. Compared to what a billboard costs for a month in this city, the math is not close.

We design, print, and install commercial graphics at our Chatsworth shop, for single vehicles and for fleets across Los Angeles County.

What we wrap

Cargo vans and sprinters, pickups, box trucks, trailers, service vehicles, food trucks, and passenger cars used for business. If it has panels and it drives, we can put your brand on it.

Larger surfaces are usually easier and more effective than people assume. A box truck is a moving billboard with genuinely useful square footage, and it is often the best value in a mixed fleet.

Full wraps, partial wraps, and lettering

A full wrap covers the vehicle in printed vinyl. Maximum impact, maximum design freedom, and it also protects the paint underneath, which matters on a leased or resale vehicle.

A partial wrap uses printed panels against the vehicle’s existing color. Done well it reads as intentional rather than as a compromise, and it covers a lot of ground for less than a full wrap.

Cut vinyl lettering is name, number, website, and license text applied directly. It is the most affordable option, it is often what regulations require, and on a clean white van it can look sharp.

Most fleets we work with end up mixing these. Full wraps on the vehicles that spend the day in public, lettering on the ones that live at the yard.

Artwork and design

If you have a designer and print ready files, send them and we will confirm the specifications for your vehicle before anything goes to print.

If you have a logo and nothing else, we can take it from there. Vehicle design is its own discipline. Door handles, body lines, window seams, and wheel arches all interrupt artwork, and a layout that looks correct in a flat mockup can put your phone number across a fuel door in real life. We template the actual vehicle so that does not happen.

The rule that matters most for commercial work is legibility at speed. Someone reading your van has about three seconds from forty feet away. Company name, one line describing what you do, and one way to contact you. Everything past that is decoration and it costs you the message.

Downtime, and how we handle it

The objection we hear first from every business is that they cannot afford to lose the vehicle. Fair, and it is the part of the job we plan around.

We schedule fleets in batches so you never lose more than an agreed number of vehicles at once. We can work around your operating hours. And we can quote you a realistic per vehicle turnaround before you commit, so you can plan routes around it rather than hoping.

Tell us how your week actually runs and we will build the schedule to fit it.

Fleets

Volume changes the pricing and it changes the process. Once artwork is templated for a vehicle model, every additional unit of that model is faster and cheaper. Fleets running mixed vehicles get templated per model once and then repeat.

We keep your files so that adding a vehicle next year matches the ones already on the road, and so a damaged panel can be reprinted without starting over.

Removal and rebranding

Wraps come off. That matters at the end of a lease, when you rebrand, when you sell a vehicle, and when a phone number changes. Properly installed film removes cleanly and the paint underneath is generally in better shape than the unwrapped panels, because it has been protected the whole time.

We handle removals on vehicles we wrapped and on vehicles somebody else wrapped.

Fleet work across Los Angeles County

We are in Chatsworth, in the northwest corner of the Valley, which puts us close to the industrial pockets most fleets operate out of. We handle vehicles based in Van Nuys, Sun Valley, Pacoima, Sylmar, Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, Burbank, and Glendale, and we take fleet work from across Los Angeles County.

For multiple vehicles we can build the schedule around where your fleet is based and how far your drivers have to come. Tell us where the vehicles live and how your week runs, and we will work to it.

Common questions

How much does a fleet wrap cost?+

Vehicle size, coverage, and quantity drive it, and quantity helps significantly. Tell us how many vehicles and which models and we will put together a real quote.

How long will my vehicle be out of service?+

It depends on the vehicle and the coverage. We give you a per vehicle figure before you book so you can schedule around it.

Do you handle the design?+

Yes, or we work from your designer’s files. Either way we template the actual vehicle first.

Will the wrap damage the paint?+

Not on healthy factory paint. It generally protects it. Panels with previous bodywork are the exception and we identify those before we start.

Can you wrap vehicles we lease?+

Yes, and it is common. We remove the wrap before you return them and the vehicles go back to stock.

Do you offer window tint for commercial vehicles?+

Yes. Tint on a work vehicle keeps the cab livable in summer and keeps tools out of sight. We can do it in the same visit as the wrap.
